Gotta do it from your gaming pc because it runs a diagnostic reporter thing before you can sign up.

  MooseyFate: mebad: in pvp zones you get boosted to max level. For instanced pvp (arenas, battlegrounds, etc) then you have all the skills and stuff available too and can customize your equipment as well.
  Thran: GW2 Stress Test open only to Pre-Purchase customers. on Monday May 14 from 11 AM to 6:00 PM PDT.
